Eco Wrap Nepal Shines on World Environment Day 2025
On June 5, 2025, Eco Wrap Nepal proudly participated in the World Environment Day celebration organized by the Department of Environment at Karki Banquet, Babarmahal. The event served as a platform for innovators, environmental advocates, and green entrepreneurs to share ideas and showcase solutions to build a more sustainable future for Nepal.
A Visit to Remember
A highlight of the day was the gracious visit from Hon. Rupa B.K., State Minister for Forests and Environment, and Dr. Shiva Raj Adhikari, Vice Chairman of the National Planning Commission. Hon. Rupa B.K. stopped by the Eco Wrap Nepal stall, took keen interest in our compostable product line, and shared words of encouragement that energize our commitment to sustainable innovation. We are deeply grateful for her support and recognition of our work.
Our Showcase: Compostable Solutions for Everyday Needs
At the event, Eco Wrap Nepal displayed a diverse range of 100% compostable and eco-friendly products, including:
Garbage bags
Grocery and shopping bags
Produce bags
Hazardous waste bags
And more
Visitors and guests received free samples of our compostable bags and informative leaflets explaining how switching to compostable products significantly reduces plastic pollution and helps protect our environment.
Our goal is to raise awareness about sustainable alternatives and encourage individuals, businesses, and government bodies to take collective action against plastic waste.
